Class(es): means the training session provided to the Users by Trainers through Meh Platforms;
Data Controller: means meh B.V., registered at the address of Blaak 520, 3011TA Rotterdam, Netherlands;
Meh Platforms: refers to website and mobile applications of Meh;
Mobile Applications: refers to the Android and iOS applications of Meh;
Personal Data: means as any kind of information related to a natural person who is either identified with or identifiable using this information. In this regard, your name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, and your address that you share with us are defined as personal data;
Processing: means any operation or set of operations which is performed on Personal Data or on sets of Personal Data;
Trainer(s): refers to natural persons who has necessary criteria to guide and/or instruct Users in fitness and exercise routines;
User(s): refers to natural persons who access and/use the Meh Platforms to benefit from the training classes provided by Trainers;
Visitor: refers to anyone visiting website www.isaymeh.com ;

3. How to Collect Information
We collect information:
1- when you visit and/or use the Meh Platforms (before and after you create an account with us);
2- when you create an account with us, or you change your account settings;
3- when you contact with us directly via e-mail, phone or post;
4- when you contact with the Trainer(s) through the chat services of Meh Platforms;
5- and when you book for a class on Meh Platforms and during the delivery of this service.
We also look at how Visitors use our Platforms, to help us improve our services and optimize customer experience.
4. Collection of Information
44.1 Information you provide
We ask for and collect the following personal information about you during the registration process to Meh Platforms. This information is necessary for the adequate performance of the contract between you and us and to allow us to comply with our legal obligations. Without it, we may not be able to provide you with all the requested services.
Account Information: When you sign up for a Meh account, we require the following information: your first name and last name, and your e-mail address. We may also ask for your phone number.
We also offer you the option to create a Meh account by using your Apple or Google account. When you use your Google account or Apple Login function from your Apple account to create a Meh account, we store your e-mail address to send information related to Meh Platforms. We will not submit any information and/or post anything on your Google or Apple account without your consent. Also, we will not collect your Google or Apple login data.
Communications with Meh team and/or Trainers: When you communicate with Meh team and/or Trainers, we collect information about your communication and any information you choose to provide.
Payment Information: To join the classes, to use services of Trainers, we may require you to provide certain financial information (like your bank account or credit card information) in order to facilitate the processing of payments. This data will not be stored on Company’s database since your payment will be made through third party payment systems.
You may choose to provide us with additional personal information while using our services in order to obtain a better service. This additional information will be processed based on our legitimate interest or when applicable, your consent.
Additional Personal Information: While finding a trainer, it is required to provide your preference for language of instruction and your Trainer’s biological sex. In addition to this, you may choose to provide additional information as part of your Meh account such as date of birth, location, weight, height and fitness details, details of your calendar.
Also, any information that you voluntarily choose to provide during the registration or account creation process may be disclosed to a Trainer in order to offer more effective and suitable services when you schedule a class.
Address Book Contact Information: You may choose to import your address book contacts or enter your contacts’ information manually to access certain features of the Meh Platforms.
Other Information: You may choose to provide additional information when you fill a form, give a rating, update or add information to your Meh account, respond to surveys, communicate with our support and concierge teams, or share your feedback with us.
4.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit and/or use the Meh Platforms, we automatically collect personal information about you and your use of our service, your interaction with us, as well as information regarding your network, network devices, and your device.
Usage Information: We collect information about your interactions with our emails, with the Meh Platforms such as the pages or services you view, your searches for services, questions you have asked, and other actions on the Meh Platforms.
Log Data and Device Information: We automatically collect log data and device information when you access and use the Meh Platforms, even if you have not created an account or logged in. That information includes, among other things: details about how you have used the Meh Platforms (including if you clicked on links to third party applications), IP address, access dates and times, hardware and software information, device information, device event information, unique identifiers, crash data, cookie data, and the pages you have viewed or engaged with before or after using the Meh Platforms.

4.3 Class Recording / Audios
We may record the class sessions for quality control and other internal purposes. During the classes, you will receive a notification when recording is enabled. This recording/audio may include the time and date of your class.
5. Children’s Data
To be a User of Meh Platforms, it is required to be at least 18 of age or older.
Meh Platforms are not directed to children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under 18. In the event that you believe we process the personal information pertaining to a child inappropriately, we take this very seriously and urge you to contact us using the information provided under the Data Controller/Contact Details section.
6. Access to Your Data
Company may use your data for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives set out in this Policy, in a limited scope for providing such services.

We keep your personal data in compliance with the relative regulations for the period required for the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this Policy. In addition, your Personal Data may be retained for a limited purpose of defending against any dispute that may arise between you and Company.
